Protein Pancakes



Pancakes aren't just for Pancake Day!

In honour of our favourite day of the year we've created our ultimate protein pancake! This recipe is perfect for treating yourself this Pancake Day. This recipe combines our GPxThat Protein chocolate powder with a few ingredients to make a delicious pancake.

Plus, at only 242 calories why not treat yourself to two or three of them!


 

Recipe

Ingredients:

2 sachets of GP Nutritions chocolate protein powder

2 eggs (optional if vegan)

100 ml water or oat milk

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 smashed banana to sweeten

Method:

Place a non-stick skillet on the stove over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or use butter or coconut oil and let melt.  

Mix the eggs, protein powder, and baking powder, bananas, and water in a large bowl.

Using a 1/3 cup measure, pour out the batter into the skillet. I was able to make 3 at a time. They are ready to flip when bubble start to form on the top.

Serve with butter, sugar free syrup, and chocolate chips.
