Cherry Tomatoes & Feta On Crispbread
This fresh, healthy snack adds up to only 175 calories per serving (2 crispbreads), yet it's full of nutrients and fibre. This recipe is for one person, and is ready in 5 minutes.
- 2 rye crispbreads
- 1/2 pack of cherry tomatoes
- 30g feta cheese, crumbled.
- Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves to serve (optional)
Slice tomatoes and place onto rye crispbreads. Crumble feta on top, and sprinkle pinch of sea salt and black pepper. To finish drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
