Roasted Paprika Chickpeas

- 1 can of chickpeas, drained, rinsed.
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- pinch of sea salt
- Set oven to 200C. Open can of chickpeas, drain and rinse with water.
- Place chickpeas on a heated baking tray. Drizzle over the olive oil, paprika and salt and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Check that they are crispy. You can cook for longer if you want a crunchier texture.
