Ready in 15 minutes
- 1 pack (200g) of kale
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast (for the cheesey flavour)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- pinch of sea salt
- Set oven to 180C. Wash and de-stalk the kale.
- Place kale on a heated baking tray. Drizzle over the olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt.
- Place the kale in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Be sure to check a couple of times to make sure it doesn't burn. You want it to be crispy.
