GP Nutrition offers a no quibble 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all orders purchased through our website gpnutrition.us. If you wish to return an item bought from us please contact us via  enquiries@gpnutrition.com. We would ask that the goods are returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Clearly stating on the returns forms your order reference number, contact details and select the reason of return. Any return will be at the customer's own expense and a full refund, excluding delivery cost will be processed with 14 days of us receiving the goods. 

We advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If for any reason your returned items are not received we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address stated on the note despatched with the items. You can submit your cancellation notice by email.
